WELCOME TO THE WEB SITE CERTIFIKATY.SK
On the web site are presented certificates issued by Slovak authorized/notified bodies according to Act No. 264 of 7 September 1999 on technical requirements for products and on conformity assessment and on change and amendment of some Acts in the wording of Act No. 436/2001 Coll. and Act No.254/2003 Coll. and Governmental ordinances of the SR under Act 264/1999 Coll. , which transpose into the Slovak legislation New Approach Directives. Act No. 264/1999 Coll. is in the competence of the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing.

On the web site is the list of the Slovak authorized/notified bodies according to Act No. 264/1999 Coll. and Governmental ordinances.

Lists of certificates are divided into 3 groups:

  • certificates issued according to the Governmental ordinance No. 399/1999 Coll. which lays down details on the requirements for non-automatic weighing instruments (Directive 90/384/EEC NAWI),
  • certificates issued according to the Governmental ordinance No. 294/2005 Coll. on measuring instruments (Directive 2004/22/EC MID),
  • other certificates issued according to the governmental ordinances under the Act No. 264/1999 Coll..

Each certificate has “info” with detailed information about the certificate. You can print the detailed information.

Full text of certificate, that you can see when you are registered, has only informative character and there is no stamp and it is not signed.

Any comments concerning the information contained in the lists should be addressed to the notified bodies themselves because they are responsible for the certificates content.
